How Cashback Is Calculated Each Week
Each week, your net loss is your total losses minus your total winnings. Cashback is calculated on that net loss at your VIP tier's rate.
For example, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000 and you are on the Silver tier, your cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. At the end of the week, this cashback is automatically added to your account.
There is no need to claim cashback separately — e28 calculates it at the end of each week and credits it directly to your account at the scheduled time.
