e28 Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the e28 platform and its users. Using any service through the e28 website or mobile application means you have fully read and accepted these terms.

e28 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Amended terms take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users located in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Membership and Account

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account at e28, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide true and accurate personal information.
• A person may operate only one account.
• The account must be opened in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of a third party.
• It is the user's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

2.2 Verification Process

e28 may request identity verification documents at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any available balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before account closure; however, if the wagering conditions of any active bonus have not been met, that bonus will be cancelled.

Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details — username and password — confidential. e28 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately. e28 will not be responsible for any transactions that occurred before such notification.

• It is advisable not to use the same password on any other site.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or shared networks.
• Log out properly after using your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

e28 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if account verification has not been completed or if the wagering conditions of an active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

e28 reserves the right to cancel any deposit or withdrawal request and suspend the associated balance if evidence of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is found.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

e28 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To make the bonus amount withdrawable, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; to make this bonus withdrawable, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

e28 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer description. The general conditions that apply across all offers are listed below:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless the offer is stated to be recurring.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals from a bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering conditions have been met.
• e28 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The e28 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, calculated as a percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings): up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Tier placement is determined based on regular activity and contributions.

Betting and Game Rules

Each game at e28 has its own rules, which can be viewed when launching the game. The following policies generally apply to all games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, e28 reserves the right to void or review the relevant bet.
• In the event of an internet disconnection, the data recorded on the server will be considered final.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; if a result appears incorrect due to a streaming issue, settlement will follow the server log.

For sports betting, e28 does not provide separate notification of odds changes. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using e28 services:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, viruses, or other technical means.
• Placing bets through bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Fraudulent collusion or conspiracy against other users.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.

If evidence of any such activity is found, e28 may immediately suspend or close the account and withhold the associated balance.

Responsible Gaming

If service is restricted or discontinued for a specific country or region, accounts of users in that region will be suspended and a process to return balances will be initiated.

Limitation of Liability

e28 is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Betting losses caused by internet disconnection or server downtime.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Faults in third-party software or devices.
• Any issues arising from the user's failure to comply with local laws in their own country.

e28 always aims to provide accurate and reliable service, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service. e28's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Changes to Terms

e28 may amend these terms and conditions in part or in full at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they may request to close their account.
